Terms & Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required to initiate the project.
  • The remaining balance shall be paid within 30 days of the invoicing date.
  • The template purchase from the vendor will be the responsibility of the client upon confirmation. The above pricing does not include any third-party costing.
  • 5% VAT is applicable on the above costing.
  • The client agrees to provide all necessary materials and information required for the project within a reasonable timeframe as agreed upon by both parties.
  • In the event of project cancellation by the client, the client shall be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any expenses incurred by the company.
  • The initial deposit is non-refundable upon project cancellation.
  • Upon full payment of all fees, the client shall own the rights to the website design and content created
    specifically for the project.
  • The company retains the right to use any materials created for the project for promotional purposes
    unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  • The company provides 3 months warranty period post-launch to address any technical issues arising
    from the website revamp or creation.
  • Support for additional changes or updates beyond the warranty period will be provided at an additional
    cost, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared
    during the course of the project.
